We recommends Preventive Maintenance or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) inspections be performed quarterly. Depending on the environment, more or fewer AMC may be required. We foretech kitchen equipments provide AMC on all equipment makes and models. We offer two types of AMC as mentioned below

Comprehensive AMC

In a comprehensive AMC, the analysis of breakdowns/faults in the equipments and repairing/service is taken care of by the service provider. This includes spare parts replacement. Apart from this, preventive maintenance also done, on a pre-determined/agreed-to frequency.

Scope of the Work:

  • Our selected exclusive experienced team will be deputed to your premises with proper tools and dress code for necessary service.
  • If there any hazards found requires spare parts replacement which accountable with our account,
  • Logs will be maintained and reviewed by both ends periodically.
  • Proper maintenance and preventive services will be taken care at your preferable time nightshifts),
  • Once your enrolment done respective POC Point of contact Manager Contact details will be shared at any issues can contact direct manager (TBC apply!)

Non-Comprehensive AMC

This is similar to a Comprehensive AMC, but in this, the cost of spare parts replacement must be borne by the customer, This usually means only service. Preventive maintenance comes under this and a consultant will advise on equipments breakdown.

Scope of the Work:

  • Our experienced executive with team will attend the service at your premises with proper tools & dress code.
  • The service is based on-Call or fixed schedule.
  • Stand by equipments will be given on emergency subject to availability of stock/TBC apply.
  • Logs will be maintained both sides.
  • All Spares w.r.t any hazards will be charged extra from your side. T&C apply)

Call Services

Customer On-Call Assistance and Support

Our Experienced Executive and team will arrive at your premises for investigating on the product explained over call.

On Same day issue will be prioritized (Minor or Major)

1.It Minor issues than it will be taken care on the same day and our team will provide the receipt and route cause.

2.If there are major issues that require additional materials and manpower, the team will return back to collect the required spares and assemble them at the earliest. Charges will be claimed for spare parts with a receipt from you.

3.If the major issues is solved by ourselves then the second visit after the assembly will not be charged,
